Submission starts from tomorrow, Tuesday 2/5/2023. The documents required for submission are:

First: Personal Documents:
1- The civil status identity or the unified national card.
2- The ration card.
3- A housing card or proof of residence.
4- A personal photo with a white background.

Second: A graduation document containing the applicant’s GPA in numbers and writing, in addition to the GPA of the first student in the batch for the scientific department, for the first and second courses, and for the morning and evening studies.

Third: Proficiency Certificates:

English.
Arabic.
the computer.
Fourth: an e-mail with an active phone number.

Fifth: For the employee who intends to apply for postgraduate studies, he needs to:

No objection letter from the department to which he belongs.
An exception letter from the rate for the advanced employee according to the instructions for granting study leaves.
A summary of a service in which the administrative order, date of commencement of appointment and details are mentioned.
